Insurance and Financial Information:

While 1330 Dental Associates is happy to work with your insurance to maximize your benefits and keep your out-of-pocket costs as low as possible, it is important to understand that dental insurance policies are a contract between you and your insurance carrier or employer. All insurance plans have different provisions such as annual maximums and deductibles, plan exclusions, and frequency limitations, among other restrictions; any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility.

Our office strives to provide the best care possible at the most reasonable cost. Therefore, all estimated patient portions for services are expected to be paid on the date they are rendered unless a payment plan is discussed with the office manager or your doctor prior to the date of treatment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash or check. Our office will make the best effort to provide an estimate of what insurance will not cover based on your plan, however because we are not the insurance company this estimate may not be 100% accurate. We encourage patients to be aware of what is covered by or excluded from their personal insurance plan prior to treatment to avoid unexpected costs.

We will happily submit claims to most insurances as a courtesy to our patients. We are an in-network participating provider with Northeast Delta Dental and Cigna among others. We do not submit claims to MaineCare or out-of-network Medicare and Federal Employee plans. Many dental insurances offer out-of-network benefits and some may match in-network coverage. Please contact your insurance company if you have questions about your plan’s out-of-network coverage.
