Cancellation Policy
It is important that patients provide prompt notice when they are unable to keep their appointment to allow time for another patient to utilize our services. 1330 Dental Associates requires a notice of 24 business hours for canceled or rescheduled appointments. Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment or to adhere to our cancellation policy will result in a fee applied to your account. Our office will begin reaching out to confirm via email, text, and/or phone call one week prior to your scheduled appointment; please let us know if you are not receiving these confirmations, as we may have incorrect contact information on file.
