Initial Visit

Your initial appointment is a comprehensive exam visit only. We can not promise treatment and or cleaning the same day. The doctor will complete your examination and make recommendations for dental treatment.

Making an appointment: It is easy to make an appointment for your initial exam and dental treatments. Call us at 207-773-3738 and our New Patient Coordinator will be happy to assist you. If you schedule an appointment and you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us within 24 business hours so we can attend to other patients.


Please provide the following information at your first visit: 

• Have all recent dental records from your previous dental office emailed to us at info@1330dental.com
  
  
• Provide a medication list if applicable
  
  
• Please bring your dental identification card(s) to your first visit
